Procamed AG

Head of ICT, since January 2026

Procamed is the Swiss and Liechtenstein distributor for ZOLL and Mindray: defibrillators, CPR devices, ventilators and patient monitors for rescue services, hospitals and companies.

• Lead all of ICT: strategy, system architecture, IT security, network, applications and support
• Lead the ICT team together with external partners and service providers
• Responsible for information security and compliance with ISO 27001, Swiss data protection law, the GDPR and, where it applies, the EU Medical Device Regulation
• Run IT projects: the ERP, quality management software and digital processes
• Automate workflows with logistics, sales, quality management and the executive board
• Own the budget for hardware, software, licences and services, as well as support, business continuity and disaster recovery

Lifestage Solutions AG

Head of IT, member of the management team, October 2024 to December 2025

• Member of the senior management team; developed and carried out the IT strategy
• Led the whole IT team, including resource and capacity planning
• Restructured the development team to make it more efficient
• Prepared and guided the integration of the IT department into the Galenica group

Head of Product Owners, April to September 2024

• Led all product owners and steered the IT projects for the shop application and system integration
• Managed stakeholders through the digital transformation
• Integrated the Lifestage software deeply into the Galenica group’s system landscape

Product Owner, June 2022 to April 2024

• Planned and delivered integrations with third-party platforms
• Defined the interfaces to Salesforce
• Analysed the performance of all online products
• Led the migration to Atlassian Cloud

Quickline AG

Product Owner TV, January 2021 to January 2022 Product Owner Mobile TV, March 2020 to January 2021

• Owned the backlogs of all TV products: web, mobile apps and set-top box
• Defined the product vision for Quickline TV
• Built a manual testing team and introduced behaviour-driven development
• Ran Jira and Confluence governance across the teams
